For Australia-Wide Shipping, your preferred date is a request only, as courier timeframes are outside our control, but you can add a free "Do not open until" sticker so your gift is saved for the big day.

Yes, so you never have to guess. For Perth same-day, next-day and scheduled deliveries, you'll receive an estimated arrival time once your gift is on the move. Absolutely. We love helping people from the UK, New Zealand, and interstate (like NSW and Victoria) show their appreciation to loved ones living in Perth. Simply place your order online, choose your date, and we'll take care of the rest.

Orders can be cancelled up to 48 hours before your chosen delivery date by emailing hello@goodiebox.com.au.
Changes can usually be made before your gift leaves us, but once it has been prepared or is in transit, it can't be cancelled or changed.
