We deliver across Perth, 7 days a week!

Yes! We offer same-day delivery across Perth, 7 days a week - perfect for last-minute gifting.

To get same-day delivery, please place your order by 11AM Monday to Friday, or by 8AM on weekends.

We’ll deliver your Goodie Box between 9 AM and 6 PM on the day you choose.

Because we hand-deliver every Goodie Box ourselves, we don’t offer live tracking.

But don’t worry - we guarantee your box will arrive on the delivery date you selected at checkout.

You’ll receive an order confirmation email with your chosen delivery date shortly after placing your order.

Currently, we only deliver within the Perth metropolitan area to ensure our boxes arrive fresh and on time.

We’re working on expanding our delivery zones, so keep an eye out for updates -hopefully, we’ll be bringing The Goodie Box to more locations soon!

Deliveries are made between 9 AM and 6 PM, Monday to Sunday.

During busy periods, deliveries may arrive a little later - thanks for your patience while we spread sweet goodness across Perth!

As we hand-deliver all boxes, we’re unable to provide live tracking.

But we guarantee your box will arrive on the delivery date you selected at checkout.

You’ll receive an order confirmation email with your chosen date shortly after placing your order.

At checkout, you'll be given the option to let us know if you're happy for your box to be left somewhere safe if no one is home.

If you’re unlikely to be home, we recommend leaving instructions - for example, “leave it behind the front gate”, “by the pot plants”, or “with my neighbour at #12.”

We will not be held responsible for any orders that are stolen, weather-damaged, or affected by circumstances outside our control.

If no safe option is available, the box will be returned and we’ll get in touch to arrange collection or re-delivery (additional fees may apply).

It’s the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery details at checkout.

If an incorrect address or recipient name is provided, we can’t accept responsibility for failed delivery.

We’ll do our best to contact you, but if that’s not possible, the box will be returned to us.

A re-delivery fee will apply if you’d like it sent again - and it will need to be delivered on a different day.

Please note: we can’t guarantee the condition of the box after a failed delivery attempt, and no refunds will be issued for orders delivered to the wrong address.

The Goodie Box will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to items delivered to the wrong address.

Due to the nature of our business, we are unable to guarantee specific delivery times. Deliveries will be made between 9 AM – 6 PM on your selected delivery day.

However, if you have any specific requests, feel free to contact us at hello@goodiebox.com.au, and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.

You can cancel your order up to 48 hours before your chosen delivery date. Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once they have been prepared or are in transit. Cancellations are not accepted if notice is received less than 48 hours before delivery. To cancel, please email hello@goodiebox.com.au.

If you require re-delivery on the same day, we will do our best to accommodate, but a $15 administration fee will apply.

Please note, we do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances; however, store credit may be offered as an alternative.

Yes, you can! When placing your order, you’ll be able to select from our available add-ons and include a personalised message to make your gift extra special.

Please note, we don’t edit or censor gift messages - what you write is what gets sent.

Yes, of course! Our boxes are great gifts for clients & staff.
