You can cancel your order up to 48 hours before your chosen delivery date by emailing hello@goodiebox.com.au. Once your box has been prepared or is out for delivery, we're unable to make changes or process cancellations.

Yes! Our entire range of gift boxes is available for same-day delivery right across the Perth metro area, 7 days a week. Just place your order by 11:00 am on weekdays or 8:00 am on weekends and our in-house team will hand-deliver it the very same day.
