If you're not sure where to start, our Build Your Own Gift Box lets you create something completely personal for any occasion.

It's simple! Choose your box size (4, 6 or 8 items), pick your favourite products, then add a personalised message at checkout. We'll wrap everything beautifully and deliver it across Perth, or ship it Australia-wide. Start building here.

Our Build Your Own Gift Box comes in three sizes - 4 items ($99.95), 6 items ($122.95) and 8 items ($144.95). All boxes are a fixed price so there are no surprises at checkout.

Our dessert boxes are fragile, so they're available for Perth delivery only, within approximately 45km of Perth CBD. They're hand-delivered by our local Perth drivers, straight from us to your recipient, and can't currently be sent with Australia-Wide Shipping.

Yes, and it is completely free! Type out your message at checkout, and we will lovingly handwrite your exact words onto a beautiful note card to put inside their gift box. We never use computer-printed notes, which gives their gift that extra special and personal touch!

Absolutely! Our gift boxes and dessert boxes make brilliant gifts for clients, staff and workplace events. Get in touch at hello@goodiebox.com.au or fill out our corporate order form and we'll look after you.

You can cancel your order up to 48 hours before your chosen delivery date by emailing hello@goodiebox.com.au. Once your box has been prepared or is out for delivery, we're unable to make changes or process cancellations.

Yes! Our entire range of gift hampers and dessert boxes is available for same-day delivery within approximately 45km of Perth CBD, 7 days a week. Just choose same-day delivery at checkout and place your order by 11:00 am on weekdays or 8:00 am on weekends, and your gift will be hand-delivered by our local Perth drivers that very same day. Sending outside Perth? We also ship gift boxes Australia-wide.

Yes, absolutely! You can plan your surprises weeks or months ahead by choosing a delivery date at checkout. Whether you are locking in a milestone birthday, a baby shower, a graduation, or an upcoming anniversary, Perth same-day, next-day and scheduled deliveries are guaranteed to arrive on the date you select. For Australia-Wide Shipping, your preferred date is a request only, as courier timeframes are outside our control, but you can add a free "Do not open until" sticker so your gift is saved for the big day.

We deliver across Perth within approximately 45km of Perth CBD, 7 days a week, including Victoria Park, Subiaco, Fremantle, Scarborough, Joondalup, Osborne Park, Baldivis, Midland and Ellenbrook. Outside Perth? We ship gift boxes Australia-wide with express Australia Post.

Perth same-day, next-day and scheduled deliveries are hand-delivered by our local Perth drivers, straight from us to your recipient. Gift boxes sent with Australia-Wide Shipping are sent express with Australia Post, with tracking emailed to you once dispatched.

Yes! We regularly surprise recipients at offices, businesses, homes, hotels, schools and hospitals right across Perth. For workplaces, please include the business name and operating hours at checkout. For hospitals, please include the patient's full name, the hospital name, the ward and the room number. If your gift is for a family member of the patient, still include the patient's full name so the hospital can direct it to the right place.

Absolutely! We regularly handle orders from interstate and overseas - including the UK, New Zealand, NSW and Victoria - for loved ones living in Perth. Just order online, pick your date, and we'll take care of everything from there.

Yes, so you never have to guess. For Perth same-day, next-day and scheduled deliveries, you'll receive an estimated arrival time once your gift is on the move. If the recipient isn't home, your gift will be left in a safe place and we'll send you a photo showing exactly where. For Australia-Wide Shipping, a tracking number is emailed to you once your gift has been dispatched.

No stress! At checkout you can leave a safe drop-off instruction - like behind the front gate or with a neighbour. For Perth same-day, next-day and scheduled deliveries, we'll send a photo so you know exactly where it landed. If there's no safe option available, we'll be in touch to arrange a re-delivery (additional fees may apply).

Yes! Our gift boxes, including our Build Your Own Gift Box, can be sent anywhere in Australia for a flat fee of $19.95. Orders are sent express with Australia Post. Order before 1pm Monday to Friday for same-day dispatch, and most parcels arrive within 1 to 3 business days, although regional and remote areas may take longer. Delivery dates aren't guaranteed, so add a free "Do not open until" sticker to make sure your gift is opened on the special day. Please note our dessert boxes are available for Perth delivery only.
