We understand the responsibility that comes with handling food, and we are committed to operating with transparency, care, and integrity to provide our customers with a safe and enjoyable experience. Our business is accredited to handle food, and all our staff receive training in food handling safety.

  • Allergen Disclaimer

    Please be aware that our Goodie Boxes may contain a variety of allergens, including but not limited to, nuts, dairy, gluten, soy, and eggs. While we take care to source high-quality products, we cannot guarantee that any of our items are free from cross-contamination. If you or the recipient of your hamper have any allergies or dietary restrictions, we strongly recommend contacting us directly for more information about the contents of our boxes. The safety and satisfaction of our customers are important to us, and we encourage those with allergies to exercise caution when enjoying our treats.

  • Product

    At The Goodie Box, we strive to provide the highest quality products in every Goodie Box. However, due to factors such as availability, some products may vary from those shown on our website. While we aim to maintain consistency in the items we offer, we may occasionally need to substitute a sweet treat with a similar product of equal or greater value to ensure the quality and freshness of your order. If any substitutions are made, we will ensure they meet the same high standards our customers expect. We appreciate your understanding and want to assure you that every box is carefully curated to deliver the best experience possible.

  • Liquor Information

    Any alcohol included in our Goodie Boxes is limited to a maximum of 2 litres and is intended solely for gift purposes. Our boxes are carefully packaged and presented as gifts, with clear advertising to indicate this. The delivery of alcoholic gifts will only be made to an adult recipient, who must be over 18 years of age.

    For all orders containing alcohol, please ensure that the recipient is available to receive the gift and is able to provide valid proof of age upon delivery. If the recipient is unable to present ID confirming they are over 18, the delivery will not be completed.

  • Delivery

    The Goodie Box delivers Perth wide, Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm & Saturday 8am - 12pm. You will be provided with an option to pick the delivery day that is suitable for you. However, due to the nature of our business we are unable to guarantee specific delivery times. You can email us at hello@goodiebox.com.au and we will try our best to accommodate your request, but this is not always feesable.

  • Wrong Address/ Unattended Deliveries

    The Goodie Box takes great care in ensuring that all orders are packaged securely and dispatched in a timely manner. However, we cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to products caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the address provided is accurate and up-to-date at the time of purchase. Additionally, The Goodie Box will not be held liable for any issues that arise from unattended deliveries, such as products being left outside in unsuitable conditions or not collected promptly. We recommend ensuring that deliveries are made to a secure address where someone is available to receive the package, or that appropriate delivery instructions are provided at checkout. In cases where delivery issues arise due to incorrect address information or unattended packages, we will assist in any way we can, but ultimately, responsibility lies with the customer.

  • Cancellation of Orders

    Orders with The Goodie Box can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date. To cancel an order, customers must contact us via email at hello@goodiebox.com.au, and provide their order details. Please note that cancellations made within 48 hours of the delivery day will not be eligible for a refund, as the order will already be processed and prepared for delivery. We encourage customers to carefully review their order before finalising to ensure satisfaction with their purchase. If you need the box to be re-delivered on the same day of delivery, we will try our best to accommodate, but a $15 administration fee
    will be charged. We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances, and you may be offered store credit. We appreciate your understanding and co-operation with our cancellation policy.

  • Refunds

    As our products are food items, we unfortunately cannot accept refunds once an order has been placed. Due to health and safety regulations, as well as the perishable nature of our treats, we are unable to offer refunds for any products that have been delivered or consumed. We take great care in ensuring that every order is carefully prepared and packaged to meet our high standards of quality. However, if there is an issue with your order upon arrival, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to address the situation. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our no-refund policy.

  • Personalised Messages

    At The Goodie Box, we are happy to include personalised messages in your hampers to make your gift extra special. However, please note that we do not take responsibility for the content of any personalised messages submitted by the sender. It is the sender's responsibility to ensure that the message is appropriate, accurate, and free from any errors or offensive content. We encourage all messages to reflect kindness and positivity, as they are an important part of the gifting experience.
