Perth Hand Delivery (Same-Day & Next-Day)

Available within approximately 35km of Perth city. Order by 11am on weekdays or 8am on weekends for same-day delivery. Or choose a future delivery date at checkout and your gift is guaranteed to arrive on that date.

We deliver seven days a week between 11am and 5pm. During busy periods deliveries may arrive outside this window. We can't guarantee a specific delivery time, but once your gift is on the move you'll receive an estimated arrival time.

Your gift is hand delivered to homes, workplaces, hospitals, hotels and schools right across the Perth metro area.

Australia-Wide Shipping

Sending further afield? Australia-wide orders are sent express with Australia Post. Order before 1pm Monday to Friday for same-day dispatch. Weekend orders are sent the next business day.

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your gift has shipped. Parcels normally arrive within 1 to 3 business days, though delivery dates can't be guaranteed once your gift has left us.

Choosing a Delivery Date

Your chosen date is guaranteed for Perth same-day and next-day orders. For Australia-wide shipping, your preferred date is a request only. We'll aim to have it arrive as close as possible to your date, but courier timeframes can vary and are outside our control.

A Full Address Is Required

We can only deliver to a full residential or business address. We do not deliver to PO Boxes for Perth hand delivery. If no one will be home and there is no safe place to leave your gift, we recommend providing a workplace address instead.

If Nobody Is Home

If nobody is home, your gift will be left in a safe place and a photo will be taken and sent to you. If there is no safe place to leave it, your gift may need to be returned to us, and a redelivery fee will apply to send it out again.

Hospital Deliveries

For deliveries to a hospital, please provide as much detail as possible: the patient's full name, the hospital name, the ward and the room number. If your gift is going to a family member of the patient rather than the patient themselves, please still include the patient's full name so the hospital can direct your gift to the right place.

Changes to Your Order

Noticed a mistake? Email us at hello@goodiebox.com.au as soon as you can and we'll do everything we can to help. Changes can usually be made before your gift leaves us. Once it has been dispatched or is out for delivery, changes may not be possible.

Redelivery Fees

If a gift is returned to us because nobody was home with no safe place to leave it, or because an incorrect address was provided, a redelivery fee will apply to send it out again.

Tracking

For Australia-wide orders, tracking details are emailed to you once your gift has been dispatched. For Perth same-day and next-day deliveries, you'll receive an estimated arrival time once your gift is on the move.
