Absolutely! We regularly handle orders from interstate and overseas - including the UK and New Zealand - for loved ones living in Perth. Just order online, pick your date, and we'll take care of everything from there.
Yes! On the day of delivery you'll receive an estimated delivery window by email. Once it's been delivered, we'll send a photo confirmation so you know exactly where it was left - especially handy if the recipient wasn't home.
No stress! At checkout you can leave a safe drop-off instruction - like behind the front gate or with a neighbour. We'll always send a photo so you know exactly where it landed. If there's no safe option available, we'll be in touch to arrange a re-delivery (additional fees may apply).
You can cancel your order up to 48 hours before your chosen delivery date by emailing hello@goodiebox.com.au. Once your box has been prepared or is out for delivery, we're unable to make changes or process cancellations.
